65 participants from the fields of clinics, research, software development and medical technology have come together to get to know AIQNET and the partners involved better. In the first part of the event, Frank Trautwein, managing director of Raylytic GmbH and consortium leader of the project, gave an insight into the current state of development. This was followed by an online network meeting where the partners of the ecosystem could exchange ideas. Current challenges in the health system, synergies in the project and the resulting mutual benefit were just some of the topics that were addressed by the partners in the network meeting.
Trautwein made it clear that AIQNET lives from participation: The aim of the project is to create a digital ecosystem by 2025, on which 100 applications are offered and 1,000 clinics are connected. The AIQNET Medical Data Ecosystem is aimed at software manufacturers and manufacturers of digital health applications (DiGA), clinics and supply facilities as well as medical technology manufacturers.
In the future, AIQNET will offer the possibility of automatically structuring medical data and analyzing it using artificial intelligence. The task of the project is therefore to create interoperability while guaranteeing all relevant legal and ethical framework conditions. This offers clinics and medical technology companies significant advantages and ultimately benefits patient care.
