Comprehensive Cancer Center Tübingen-Stuttgart
Outstanding cancer research. High clinical trial activity.
Comprehensive Cancer Center Tübingen-Stuttgart (CCC) is an outstanding translational medical center with great potential for the improvement of cancer treatment.
The implementation of innovative technologies both in imaging and molecular cancer research gives the CCC unique strength. The CCC team of principal investigators and clinical directors has developed a strong vision and interact as a homogeneous and ambitious team which has culminated in 2018 in the success in the German excellence initiative to obtain endorsement as the only oncology cluster in Germany.
CCC is among the "top oncological centers" in Germany, that receive funding from German Cancer Aid (DKH). Recently an alliance of CCC Tübingen, Robert-Bosch-Krankenhaus in Stuttgart and CCC Ulm was chosen to become one out of six National Centres for Tumour Diseases (NCT) in Germany - a milestone for the progress of cancer research in southwest Germany.
