“After studying technical biology at the University of Stuttgart, which I completed with a thesis at the Institute of Biochemistry, I worked at a medical care center in the field of anesthesia. Here I experienced first-hand the daily routine in the operating theater. I gained my first experience in project management and public relations during my almost two years at BIOPRO Baden-Württemberg GmbH as editor-in-chief and project manager. Since December 2017, I have been working at BioRegio STERN Management GmbH as a project manager and in the press department. Here I coordinate the partners in some large collaborative projects. Above all, bringing together different stakeholders within a project and developing new concepts make the work particularly exciting for me”

I completed both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Food Technology at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. For both theses, I worked in the field of food microbiology. After completing my Master’s degree, I joined the Food Microbiology research group, where I gained extensive experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and frequently took on an interface role between different scientific disciplines. I subsequently moved to the University of Hohenheim, where I earned my PhD in the field of aroma chemistry. My doctoral research focused on the production of meat-like aromas for alternative protein products. In this role, I led my own research project and developed strong project management skills. Since January 2026, I have been working at BioRegio STERN Management GmbH, where I contribute my experience in research, interdisciplinary collaboration, and project management to the work of BioRegio STERN.

"I completed my degree in Marketing and Media Management with a focus on Product and Customer Management at Heilbronn University. During my studies, I gained experience in the field of e-commerce, specifically working in digital marketing, content management, and campaign planning. I also carried out my own practical projects in the area of trade fairs and events in connection with my bachelor's thesis. Since November 2022, I have been responsible for marketing management at BioRegio STERN. In addition to the operational oversight and further development of our digital channels (website, newsletter, LinkedIn), I am in charge of strategic marketing planning. I am also involved in the organization and implementation of our events and support our press and media relations. Furthermore, I contribute to various projects in the field of communication."
