In the field of trauma and reconstructive surgery, BG Klinik Tübingen is counted among the most renowned addresses in Germany, boasting a state-of-the-art centre for the surgical treatment of all types of injuries, including multiple traumas and severe burns. Besides trauma and reconstructive surgery as well as plastic, hand and tumour surgery, the hospital specialises in the treatment of patients with spinal cord injuries, knee and hip joint replacement, orthopaedic rehabilitation methods, oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as intensive care medicine and pain therapy. BG Klinik Tübingen treats roughly 10,000 inpatients and 45,000 outpatients annually. The surgical teams perform about 12,000 surgical procedures a year.
