Scientific Survey on Innovation Culture and Trust in Clusters

How do members perceive the innovation culture of their cluster organization—and how does this perception influence their trust in the organization?
This question is at the heart of a survey conducted as part of a master’s thesis in the “E-Commerce, Marketing and Psychology” degree program at Wismar University of Applied Sciences. The study is aimed at members of various cluster organizations.

Your experiences and perspectives are particularly valuable to this study. By participating, you will make an important contribution to a better understanding of how cluster organizations are perceived and how they operate, while also helping to identify potential areas for further development.

The survey has been deliberately kept concise and takes only about 3 to 5 minutes to complete. It consists of five short sections covering the following topics:
1. What you need to know before you begin
2. Collaboration with the cluster management organization
3. Perception of the innovation culture
4. Trust in the cluster management organization
5. Information about the participants

The survey will remain open until and including September 4, 2026. It´s conducted exclusively for scientific purposes as part of a master’s thesis and is not a commercial study. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. If you wish, you can receive the survey results once the study has been completed.

Thank you very much for your support.

I studied Marketing and Media Management at Heilbronn University and gained early experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, content management, and campaign planning, as well as in project work related to trade fairs and event management. Since November 2022, I have been working in Marketing Management at BioRegio STERN. In this role, I am responsible for both corporate communications and project-related communication across various national and international projects. My focus is on developing and implementing targeted communication strategies to effectively position content, increase project visibility, and connect key stakeholders within the life sciences ecosystem. In addition, I manage our digital channels (website, newsletter, LinkedIn, press) and contribute to the organization of our events. I am also involved in supporting the planning and implementation of strategic processes. Currently, I am pursuing a part-time Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Digital Commerce, Marketing, and Psychology.
