MTA / BTA / TA (f/m/d)

We are looking at the Core Facility Flow Cytometry for a:

MTA / BTA / TA (f/m/d)

The full time position is initially limited to 2 years with the prospect of extension.

We offer an interesting, challenging, autonomous and experimental activity with good opportunities for further training. The job includes an initial training period into flow cytometry, followed by instrument management as well as cell sorting.


Your tasks:

  • Instrument management of various flow cytometers and cell sorters
  • Instruction of new users in flow cytometry
  • Cell sorting
  • Support in the planning, execution, evaluation and interpretation of flow cytometric work of our users
  • Cell culture
  • Laboratory management/organization


Your skills:

  • Successfully completed training as MTA / BTA / CTA / PTA
  • Experience with cell culture work would be beneficial
  • Confident handling of the MS Office package
  • Open communication, teamwork, hands-on mentality and flexibility
  • Enjoying organizational tasks
  • Profound knowledge of German is beneficial, but not mandatory
  • Profound knowledge of English

In addition to professional qualifications and organizational skills, reliability, interest in new challenges, a structured and independent way of working, the ability to work in a team, motivation and commitment are prerequisites for this position.
