The young company applies new technological methods used in the label-free detection of biomolecular interactions and fluorescence-based immunoassays for organic trace analytics. Applications range from diagnostics to process analytics, microarray technology to environmental and food analytics.
Biametrics’ technology platform consists of several modules and is extremely flexible. This enables the company to react to current and future requirements in life science analytics in a client- and application-specific way. The company is a one-stop shop for technological solutions, e.g., decentralised diagnostics, screening using protein microarrays and fermentation monitoring. The company has extensive know-how in detection as well as in consumables and assay development, including technically mature surface chemistry. All these areas are covered by international intellectual property rights that are used exclusively by Biametrics GmbH.
